Recipes: Salad and Vegan Quesadillas

Mmmm greens (and reds). Dressed with Flax Seed Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.

Lettuce, red bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers. Pickled jalapenos over corn tortilla quesadillas with follow your heart brand, vegan gourmet cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
