Recipes: Left Overs

I brought home the not-fully-baked potato fries from the potluck and finished baking them tonight for diner, along with some steamed artichokes (because I felt like being a lazy housewife :]). I mixed some Siracha hot sauce into ketchup for our baked "fries," and also added some into Veganese to dip our artichoke leaves in. Mmmm. Organic blueberries and plain, whole soy, yogurt for dessert. :)
