Lately I've been loving my British inspired breakfasts.
Whole wheat bagels (either 7 grain, or onion), toasted with a thick layer of Tufutti "Better than Cream Cheese", topped with a light layer of Marmite. Cucumber slices on top (and/or tomato), with a sprinkle of sea salt, cracked pepper and dried parsley.
English breakfast tea (PG tips reminds me of when I lived there), with agave and organic soy milk, and a full glass of water. And if I have some, a couple of satsuma oranges to start my day off right! yummmm.
