*sauteed 1 large onion, several cloves of garlic, and small hand full of jalapenos
*added half a head of purple cabbage
*chopped 8 medium red potatoes and added
*4 stalks of celery diced
*handful of parsley
*lots of salt and pepper
*added hot water from tea kettle to desired brothy-consistency
*2 cups dried soup beans (mix had pinto, black, and lima beans)-soaked for an hour+
*2 cubes of vegan boullion
*Salt, Braggs Liquid Aminos and Pepper to taste
Cooked for an hour plus, until potatoes and beans were tender all the way through. yumm! He felt better the next day :)
