Recipes: Sarsaparilla Floats!

Hot nights are coming back, which means the perfect time for root beer floats. This time we wanted to try something different, so we went with some maine root sarsaparilla instead (fairtrade, organic). We tried a different vegan icecream for the first time too, "Tempt" brand, vanilla bean flavor, and it was incredibly delicious (and not a coconut based cream, which I am not too fond of). Cheers!
