A few things to get off my chest.
1. I can't stand mushrooms. Just because I don't eat meat doesn't mean I'll love a "big meaty" portabello sandwich.
2. Same goes for tofu, really not a fan, there are a few rare expections but prefer to go without.
3. Eggplant is disgusting.
So please remember just because I'm vegan, it doesn't mean that I'm missing meat and in constant need of eating the "meatiest" veggies etc.
